The ANSI 107-2010 certified fluorescent Yellow or fluorescent Orange material is lightweight, waterproof, soft, flexible and non conductive. This high visibility rain jacket maintains flexibility in cold weather and is recommended for use by transportation, telecommunications, municipalities and construction workers.
